Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your Spomen Family subscription contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. To withdraw, send a clear statement to Georgi Kostov, Spomen, Breitwiesenstraße 22, Tür 7, 4481 Asten, Austria, or email hello@spomen.app. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient.
You can also withdraw online at https://spomen.app/withdrawal. We will promptly email an acknowledgement containing your declaration and the date and time we received it.
If you withdraw, we will arrange reimbursement without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a reimbursement fee. Our voluntary first-payment guarantee provides a full refund when requested within 14 days of the first annual payment, including if you have begun using the service. It does not limit any longer or additional statutory right or protection provided by Link. Ending renewal for the end of a paid period is a separate action from withdrawing from a contract and requesting reimbursement.
